October 1986：The C Grade Construction Company was officially established with NT Dollars Three Million of capital.

December 1990：Upgrade to B Grade Construction Company and the capital increased to NT Dollars Seven and Half Million.

May 1993：Upgrade to A Grade Construction Company and the capital increased to NT Dollars  Twenty-Two and Half Million.

In 1996, the capital increased to NT Dollars One Hundred Million.
